Convenient location, fantastic amenities , beautiful decor, large and clean rooms, helpful and polite staff, delicious and varied meals.

The meals were delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect – close to a beautiful lake and waterfall, and an easy trip from the city. One of the best aspects was the spa center, which had a lot of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments available.

While the food was good, the variety could have been better. some members of the staff did not speak English well, which made communication difficult at times.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the middle of a forest with beautiful surroundings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the room service, housekeeping, and airport shuttle being top-notch. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, including special diet menus. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location, near a beautiful lake and forest. I enjoyed the variety of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very polite and helpful during my entire stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and pool.

Everything was spot on.

I was blown away by the thermal pools and sauna at the hotel. The hotness and texture of the water were exactly like the famous tourist attraction. Plus, they even offer the option to have a bath with thermal water in your room! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location near the city center and the waterfall, which made it easy to explore. It was also conveniently located next to a market. The spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and game area were fantastic features of the hotel. The room was tidy and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all our belongings. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.

The noise insulation in the hotel was poor and we could hear other guests talking and babies crying through the walls.

The spa and thermal pool were amazing and a definite highlight of our stay. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was also ideal with easy access to local attractions and transportation.

The food was just okay and could have been better in terms of variety. the room could have been cleaner and some amenities were missing like an iron and free water.
